ABOUTI'm Ricardo Quintana, originally from Santiago, Chile, now based in Utah. My mission as a photographer is to capture stories and legacies, instilling confidence and joy in every shoot. With a Fine Arts degree in Media Arts Studies, I specialize in a candid yet editorial style, using true-to-life colors and rich tones.
It all began in 2010 when my cousin entrusted me with capturing his engagements using my modest pocket Canon camera. That moment ignited my fascination with portraiture and photography, eventually leading me to embark on my professional journey in 2016.
Since then, I've had the privilege of photographing a diverse array of over 100 wedding plus couples, brands, and families in 11 states and 4 countries—and the count keeps growing. My work has been featured in Cosmopolitan, Junebug Weddings, and The Knot. Natural light is my preferred tool, infusing my work with a soft, inherently beautiful quality. But above all, my greatest joy comes from connecting with people and capturing their true essence through my lens.
